Common questions

Open the IMPA app and go to your Home dashboard — it shows your current stage, upcoming sessions, and certificate progress at a glance.

The app is built for Android and iOS smartphones. You'll need an internet connection to book batches, watch learning videos, and receive OTPs.

Any participant who completes all three stages — induction, product training, and final assessment — is eligible for the joint IMPA–NIA certification.

Check your internet connection first, then close and reopen the app. If the video still won't play, reach out through the Contact Us section in the app.
